Boca Grande Pass, Florida, May 28, 2006
Team Century/Raymarine took home a victory in the second event of the Professional Tarpon Tournament Series (PTTS) Presented by Century Boats, as Capt. Jeff Hagaman and Capt. James Goodwin successfully caught and released a 160 lb. tarpon in Boca Grande Pass, Florida.
Goodwin won the non-sanctioned Ladies Day tournament last Saturday, while his brother, Bobby Goodwin, Captain of Team Miller High Life, won the first PTTS event last Sunday, making the Goodwin brothers three for three in the PTTS thus far.
Team Century/Raymarine hooked its fish with only five minutes remaining in the tournament, winning the team a Century 1902 Center Console powered by a Yamaha four-stroke F115 motor and a Continental aluminum trailer.
This is not the first time Hagaman and Goodwin have won in Boca Grande Pass. During the inaugural season of the PTTS in 2004, the duo won two PTTS events.

The remaining three PTTS qualifying events will be held June 4 and June 11. The Jim Beam Tarpon Cup Championship, consisting of the top 25 teams at the end of the season, will be held on June 18. |
